I have been working with Terry Barnes for over 25 years now. She responds to my every inquiry in a timely manner and always looks for the best fares on airlines. She gives me great options and also gives me suggestions for itineraries. I trust her fully and her expertise is invaluable. She know all our wants and needs as a family and tailors and suggests accordingly. I do not know what I would do without her! I always look forward to planning a trip with Terry. She is truly the best!

Tania was incredibly helpful and attentive during a stressful travel experience with multiple flight cancellations. For over two decades I have been an extremely happy and dedicated customer of Ketty at Brickell Travel. She was an indispensable feature of my international business travels and, after I retired in 2012, she became just as indispensable for my personal and family travels. Ketty has a stunningly detailed knowledge of all aspects of the travel business, and a rare ability to successfully marry travel plans with an accurate read of customer likes and dislikes. Also, Ketty is always there to the rescue 24/7 when the inevitable unexpected happens. Here is just a recent example: This past April my wife and I decided to travel for three weeks, from Washington DC to Monte Carlo and cities in Portugal and Spain. As usual, I surfed the Internet and consulted travel guides to come up with my own “draft” plan. Yet I didn’t execute on line. I knew Ketty would do much better—and she did. Her plan seamlessly joined travel segments to minimize hassles and downtime, selected the most comfortable business class seats (by flight, aircraft type and seat location), and avoided potential glitches of flight connection handovers between airlines, she also obtained really excellent perks at all our hotels, just to mention some of the enhancements she delivered. We always get great value from Ketty—her knowledge and attention to detail delivers far more enjoyable vacations with lots more pleasant memories. For us, Ketty is simply the best!
